June 28th: Client told us their requirements

We met Taher, the founder of DocDraft on June 28th for a 30 min call where he told us about their 4 requirements. We not only identified their specific hard skill requirements, but more importantly, we delved into their desired soft skills. These individuals would be some of the initial engineers of their company, so it was crucial to understand the kind of people they envisioned to build DocDraft alongside them.

June 29th: (24h later): we shared 9 profiles

We shared the profiles of 9 individuals who we believed aligned perfectly with the specific needs and vision of the company. We aimed to present only the most qualified and suitable candidates to Taher and his team.

July 20th: they made 4 hires

Taher's team scheduled and conducted the initial round of interviews with the carefully screened candidates we had presented to them. With the convenience of just a few clicks, they efficiently managed the interview scheduling, streamlining the overall hiring process. Impressively, they were able to secure their first engineer in a mere three days after our initial conversation.
