Frequently asked questions
Who can refer companies?
Anyone over the age of 18 can refer companies, you don’t need to be part of micro1 or already certified. Recruiters, partners, family, friends, and anyone else can share roles and refer qualified candidates. However, referrers and referred candidates must not reside in countries or regions where micro1 is unable to operate due to legal, regulatory, or security requirements.
How will I know what’s happening with my referrals?
You can track the companies you have referred and view the current status of each referral from the My Referrals tab.
What if a company I refer is already in the micro1 platform?
If the company applied independently before clicking your referral link, the referral will not be attributed.
How much can I earn?
You can earn up to $50K per referral, depending on the size and value of the partnership.
When do payouts happen?
For Workflow partnerships, referral payouts are issued once the referred company successfully completes onboarding and reaches the minimum revenue threshold required for payout eligibility.
For Corpus partnerships, referral payouts are issued once the referred company’s data has been accepted by micro1.
How do I receive payment?
Your bonus will be credited to your micro1 account wallet, and you can withdraw it anytime using your preferred payment method.
Is there a limit to how many referrals I can submit?
No. You can refer as many companies as you'd like.
Do I need to create a new account if i already have a micro1 account?
Yes, a quick registration is required to collect your referral policy consent.
What happens if someone I refer applies without using my referral link?
The referral will not be attributed to you. To be eligible for a payout, the company must sign up and apply using your unique referral link. Applications created without the referral link cannot be retroactively attributed to a referral.
Does referring a candidate guarantee they will get selected as data partners?
No. Referring a comapny does not guarantee placement. All companies go through the micro1 evaluation process, and matching depends on client requirements, and how well they align with available opportunities.
What types of companies make great referrals?
A good fit is typically a company with 30+ employees, established workflows, and meaningful operational data. Companies must be willing to share operational or business data as part of a data partnership with micro1. The strongest candidates have documented processes, internal systems, and repeatable business operations that capture how work gets done.
