Where should humanity spend its time?
At micro1, we believe this the most important question of our generation.
This question only grows more urgent in a post-AGI world. To tackle it, we’re working to solve the optimal matching problem in the area where humans already dedicate most of their time: their jobs.
We’re grateful to have raised $35M, valuing us at $500M to build the AI platform for human intelligence, and to move closer to answering this question.
Our approach has three pillars:
- Human intelligence vetting through AI Interviews
- Talent performance management
- Data platform for training frontier AI models
The AI interviewer helps us present candidates as far more than a résumé, matching them with jobs they’re best suited for. Talent performance management provides ground-truth performance data on the job, to train our predictive models. And our data platform is used by leading AI labs and Fortune 10s in a new class of highly valued work: evaluating & training AI models.
Our first step towards achieving our mission is supporting AI labs and enterprises in creating AGI. Our ultimate vision is building the world’s best human intelligence platform, where every person is matched with the work they’ll find the most meaning in.
