Resources for former Spirit employees
We’ve submitted a $12.5 million bid for a portion of Spirit’s de-identified operational data. Learn why we bid, how we plan to use the data, and what opportunities we’re offering former employees.

Why we bid $12.5 M for Spirit Airlines’s data
“The future of AI is a bet on two things: the messiness of the real world and the brilliance of the humans working inside it.”
As a data lab, micro1 believes real operational data can help AI systems better match the environments they enter. That progress must come with strict privacy obligations and a transparent, human-first approach.
Our bid focuses on a portion of Spirit Airlines' non-sensitive, de-identified operational data - and makes binding commitments to the people behind that work.
